The router is a high-speed packet access mobile hotspot, through which our customers can create their own secure WiFi hotspot and simultaneously connect up to 10 devices, be it laptops, mobile phones and / or tablets. The router is fast, reliable and easy to use.
The product is available for R99 per day at our major airports, namely: OR Tambo International Airport, King Shaka International Airport, Cape Town International Airport, Port Elizabeth Airport, George Airport. The data offering is capped to 1 GB per day. A card with the connection password is issued with each device.

Collision damage and theft waivers are included in most of our products to lessen your risk in the unlikely event of damage to, or loss of our vehicle(s) during your rental. Please note that the waiver is not insurance and that terms and conditions do apply.
Standard and Super Waivers
Standard: The daily rental cost is lower, but the excess applicable in the event of damage, theft and/or loss is high.
Super: The daily rental cost is higher, but the excess applicable in the event of damage, theft and/or loss is lower than that of a standard waiver.
In recent years, there has been concern about the condition of South African roads. Wetter weather conditions also exacerbate damage to tyres and windscreens. Opting for Europcar’s zero-excess Tyre and Windscreen Cover (TWC) absolves you of any liability or cost related to either repairing or replacing tyres and/or the windscreen on your Europcar rental vehicle should they be damaged by circumstances beyond your control. New customers can now pre-register with us by entering their reservation number on www.ready-2-go.co.za anytime before pick up of the vehicle. This means that on arrival at our kiosk, we would simply require your driver's license and credit card and don't need to keep you there for the personal information.
Entering of information is a once off and does not need to be done for each and every rental, however, it can be used to update personal details. Ready-2-go can be used for any reservation, regardless of how it was made. Registrations can be made by the customer, the travel agents or the tour operators (on behalf of the customer).

Executive Carport offers safe, convenient 24-hour, ACSA-approved valet parking at O.R.Tambo International Airport.The facility includes 70 drop-off bays and an additional 800 storage bays on the airport premises, which are monitored via integrated CCTV systems. Becoming a Europcar ‘Ready Service’ customer ensures that customers bypass the normal counters and utilise the Ready Service counter instead. All that’s needed for the handover of the keys is an appropriate method of identification. You’ll never have to wait in line for car rental again. The express Ready kiosks are situated at OR Tambo, Cape Town and Durban King Shaka International Airports, as well as Lanseria Airport and the Sandton Gautrain (Radisson Blu) Hotel.

Hand controls are available at all major airport locations and are adaptable to our Group D (Chev Aveo 1.6 LS Auto) vehicles. The kits are fitted to the steering column, brake pedal and accelerator at our vehicle turnaround and maintenance facility and all vehicles undergo a quality check before they are released. Only experienced drivers, with the necessary knowledge and skill, are permitted to rent modified vehicles.

We offer TOM TOM GPS rentals, from all of our branches, for as little as R 117.00 per day (incl. VAT). The touch screen unit plugs into the vehicle's cigarette lighter point and provides on-screen directions and voice prompts in your choice of 24 languages.
TOM TOM offers door-to-door navigation in most major towns and cities in South Africa as well as the major cities and entire major road network of Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
GPS units may be collected from any Europcar location in South Africa. We require 48 hours notice to guarantee a unit. Customers are required to rent a Europcar vehicle in order to rent a GPS unit. Payment methods include full bill back, credit card or vouchers.
The National Road Traffic Act states that children under the age of three must be secured in a car seat with the seat belt on.
Europcar offers an option to rent child seats, at a nominal cost per rental. Seats are available from all locations for children up to the age of five years old. Seats must be requested at the time of reservation (preferably 72 hours) in advance) so that the correct seat can be allocated. The age of the child should be specified. Europcar employees are not permitted to assist with the fitment of the seats, from a liability perspective.

Within a 25 km radius (out of office hours :Weekdays 17:00 - 08:00,Weekends,Public Holidays): R733.00
An additional fee per km will apply for deliveries and / or collections over a 25 m radius from the closest Europcar branch.
