Our fully-trained operators can handle calls in a variety of languages in line with South Africa’s multi-lingual society. Responsibilities of our call centre include reservations, accidents and/or incidents management, directions, dispatching of tow-in services and roadside assistance and more. This is done with the common objective being ensuring the least inconvenience to the customer. The Centre number is displayed on vehicle key tags and windscreens for easy reference to the renter.
